Fallbrook Heating & Air has served light commercial and residential customers since 1972. We work on light commercial, commercial and industrial buildings across North County, on systems from 5 to 25 tons. If you run an office, shop, church, warehouse or similar building, we offer HVAC repair, maintenance and replacement, with the same attention to code and permits we bring to homes.
What commercial HVAC work do we do?
We repair, maintain and replace heating and cooling equipment from 5 to 25 tons in commercial and industrial buildings, on all makes and models. That includes diagnosing breakdowns, seasonal maintenance, refrigerant leak detection, replacements with all legally required permits pulled and filed, and EPA-compliant disposal of old equipment. Tell us about your building and we will confirm fit.

Why maintenance matters more for a business
A failed AC in a home is uncomfortable; in a business it can mean closing early, losing customers or sending staff home. Regular maintenance finds worn electrical parts, dirty coils and slow leaks before a hot afternoon turns them into a shutdown, which is why we recommend seasonal service on commercial systems.
Commercial spaces also load systems differently from homes. A shop with the front door opening all day, a church that fills up for a few hours each weekend, or an office packed with computers each puts its own kind of stress on equipment. A maintenance schedule built around how the building is actually used catches the right problems at the right time.
“They showed up and cleaned up after themselves. Jesse and the guys did a great job.”
Do permits and code apply to commercial replacements?
Yes. Replacing commercial heating and cooling equipment needs a permit, and California's Energy Code applies to commercial buildings too. Unincorporated areas such as Fallbrook and Bonsall go through San Diego County Planning & Development Services; cities like Vista and Escondido issue their own. We pull and file all legally required permits.
Old equipment is removed and disposed of following EPA procedures, and any code violations found along the way are corrected so the work is ready for the final inspection.
