Two kinds of texts
We send two kinds of texts, and you choose each one separately. Appointment texts are about a visit you asked for: confirmations, scheduling and arrival updates. Offer texts are seasonal deals and tune-up reminders, up to 4 a month. You don't have to agree to either one to book a visit.

If you've never used Fallbrook Heating & Air before and you sign up for our offer texts, you get $15 off your first visit.
- For new customers only: one per household or service address.
- Applies to your first service visit, such as a repair, diagnostic visit or tune-up. It doesn't apply to new equipment or system replacements.
- It can't be combined with other offers, including the fall tune-up special.
- Mention it when we call to set your appointment, or tell the technician. It has no cash value.
- If you stop offer texts later, the $15 off still applies to your first visit.
How to stop texts
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out.
- Reply HELP, or call (760) 728-8716, for help.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
